We created this space for teens to find support and to nurture their mental health. We will be posting activities, music, recipes, brainteasers, podcasts, and resources every month to empower teens and to ensure that teens know they are not alone. We are also building a movement across Canada to bring the Wellspace for Teens initiative to high schools. Start a Club Today! Kamsi and Chizi.
